“Nut-Free Powerlines are Powerlines”: Trans Activists Weigh in on Powerline Collapse

A group of trans activists have insisted that removing nuts from a powerline was, indeed, a good idea. This suggestion comes despite the unfortunate fact that the powerline tower subsequently collapsed.

”It’s all about representation,” explained one activist, who wished to remain anonymous. “Nuts have had their time in the spotlight. It’s time for other parts of the powerline to shine.” The group argues that the tower’s collapse was simply an unfortunate side effect of progress, not a direct result of the nuts being removed.

“Nuts are fascist and they need to be removed” one trans woman activist remarked. “We need gender neutral powerlines. The ones with nuts are part of the patriarchal systemic oppression of trans lives and trans people”.

Another trans womxn commented “I don’t have my nuts anymore so why should a powerline?“.

The campaign, called “Nut-Free Powerlines are Powerlines,” has attracted both support and criticism from the wider community. Some see it as a bold move towards equality, while others worry about the structural integrity of our powerlines and national power grid. The campaign was started by the same group of people who insist “Trans Women Are Women”

Despite the controversy, the activists remain undeterred. “It’s natural,” said another activist. “It’s time for us to embrace diversity and inclusion in our powerlines, even if that means a few towers have to collapse.”

Critics argue that the campaign is misguided, and that the nuts were, in fact, crucial to the tower’s stability. But the activists stand firm in their assertion: “Nuts or no nuts, powerlines should be for everyone.”

The debate continues, with no clear resolution in sight. But one thing is certain - this campaign has certainly sparked a lively discussion about the role of nuts in our society.
